This Privacy Policy explains what information Super Bowl Pass (superbowlpass.com) collects when you use the site, how it is used and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum. You do not need an account to use any part of the site.
Information we collect
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting and to keep the site running.
- Emails you send us: if you contact us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and do not add you to any mailing list.
- “Love this” button: when you tap it, a short-lived anonymous marker based on your IP address is kept for 24 hours to stop repeat votes. Your browser also remembers that you voted.
- Tools that save in your browser: the squares board maker and your light or dark theme choice are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We never receive that data.
Cookies and advertising
Super Bowl Pass is free because it shows ads. Our advertising partners, including Adsterra, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to show ads, measure them, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud. These partners collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share the emails you send us with advertisers.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working, though some ads may become less relevant.
Third-party services
- Hosting and caching: our hosting provider and its content delivery network serve the site and may process technical data to do so.
- Fonts: web fonts are served from our own server, so no font request goes to a third party.
- Share buttons: our share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to a social network unless you click a button and choose to share.
- External links: pages may link to other websites, such as broadcasters or official sources. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and US states such as California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email us. Because we collect so little, most requests can be handled quickly.
Children
The site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
